Aquatic Tissue Culture Plants
Tissue culture plants are propagated in sterile packages where they grow in non-toxic, germ- and pest-free environments. Complete Aquatic Systems owns and operates our own tissue culture lab thus giving us total control over the varieties and quantities produced. Another benefit to having our own lab is that we don't have any middlemen to deal with.
Also known as “baby tears” or “pearl grass,” Mісrаnthеmum micranthemoides is a highly versatile aquatic plant. Itis moderately easy to grow and maintain, and its size and growth patterns make it suitable for a wide variety of applications. About Hеmіаnthuѕ Mісrаnthеmоіdеѕ
In a medium or large aquarium, the pearl grass aquarium plant makes an excellent foreground when trimmed short. It can also be used as a carpeting plant when cultivated properly, or you can let it grow as a large Midground bush. The baby tears aquarium plant has tiny leaves, so it can be pruned for different uses in nano aquariums.
The pearl grass aquarium plant flowers easily when grown emersed. To propagate the plant, snip several stems, group them together, and plant them in the substrate. In the correct conditions, the new plants will take root rapidly, and the old plants will show bushier growth.
