Description
About Anubias Nana
Anubias nana care is minimal. The plant grows well in tanks with low lighting and doesn’t require CO2 to thrive. The Anubias nana plant grows slowly, which makes it a great option for any size tanks. However, it’s important to check for algae growth on the leaves, which can accumulate due to the plant’s slow growth. When immersed, the plant matures faster.
Propagation
If the plant develops branches, remove them and replant them. If it doesn’t produce branches, cut the rhizome into two equal sections, and let them float until roots form. After roots develop, tie the sections to a piece of wood or stone, making sure not to bury the roots until the rhizome forms.
